Tragic Accident Killed 3 Indiana Children Boarding School Bus

Around 7:30 this morning (Tuesday) a pickup truck struck 3 kids boarding their school bus in Rochester, Indiana. 

UPDATE:  The very young victims have been identified according to WNDU,

The crash happened before 7:30 a.m. in the 4660 block of Indiana 25.

The three children who died are from the same family. They have been identified as 6-year-old twin boys Xzavier Ingle and Mason Ingle and their 9-year-old sister, Alivia Stahl.

An 11 year-old boy was also injured in the accident and was airlifted to Fort Wayne.

The more information we got, the more heart wrenching this tragedy is. 

The Indiana State Police sent the following tweet at 8:51am:

Right now all we know is that 3 children were struck by a vehicle while trying to board their school bus and were killed.

The Indiana State Police have asked media to refrain from calling while they diligently investigate.  We will keep updating this story as more info is made available today.
