(AP) A 54-year-old man stranded in mud and thick brush along a western Michigan river while tubing was rescued early Sunday morning. The U.S. Coast Guard says a crew from its Frankfort station heard the man call out as they searched around 1:30 a.m. yesterday along the Betsie River shoreline in Elberta, southwest of Traverse City.
