Two Arrested In Drug Raid
Two men are behind bars following a drug raid Sunday morning in the Battle Creek area.
Just before 8 a.m., Calhoun County Sheriff’s deputies served a warrant at a home on South 23rd Street.
Investigators say they found various controlled substances in the house.
A 27- year-old man from Louisiana was arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine. The owner of the home, a 27-year-old Battle Creek man, was arrested on several charges, including possession with intent to deliver cocaine.
A warrant is being sought for a 25-year-old woman and Child Protective Services has been contacted regarding a 15-month-old child who also lives in the home.
