Two men were arrested Saturday afternoon in Battle Creek, after they were allegedly involved in a shooting.

The Battle Creek Enquirer says that officers were called to the 100 block of Lathrop Ave. around 1:30pm Saturday, and found a home and car hit with bullets. A SUV had been seen leaving the area, and was stopped shortly afterwards. Two Battle Creek men were in the car, aged 20 and 27, and they were arrested on charge of assault with intent to murder.

Police say that a woman and her baby were in the home, but they weren’t injured. It's possible that another man had also been a target.
