Two Homes Raided in Battle Creek

Sheriff’s Deputies say the Calhoun County Special Response Team raided homes in Battle Creek last night as part of a drug investigation.  A house on West Street was raided at around 11:15; guns, suspected narcotics and cash were seized and a woman was arrested.  A second house on Orleans Avenue was raided at about 11:30.  Suspected heroin and marijuana, cash and a handgun were seized at that location.  Deputies say they are seeking arrest warrants for additional suspects.
