More than 130,000 Consumers Energy residential and business customers have had their electricity restored after severe storms knocked out power earlier this week across parts of the state. The utility says about 41,000 customers were still without service Saturday morning. Alcona, Ogemaw and Roscommon counties each had more than 3,000 homes and buildings without electricity.
