Victim In Fatal Fire Identified

Authorities in Lansing have released the name of a 30-year-old man who died when a fire trapped him in the basement of a house.

The fire broke out early Friday at a house with five people inside. Officials say four of them escaped, but Victor Garcia couldn't get out.

The Lansing State Journal says investigators haven't announced the cause of the fire but say it appears to be accidental.
