National Weather Service radar at 4:30am Wednesday was not showing a lot of precipitation in Calhoun County. However, patchy light snow and drizzle was reported in parts of the county and around west Michigan. Main roadways, having been treated previously, were mostly wet, though some areas have a glaze which could be slippery. Evidence of light snow could be easier seen on sidewalks and lesser traveled roads.

The NWS forecast calls for light snow and/or freezing drizzle until about 7am Wednesday. Meteorologist Dennis Hodges will update the forecast all day Wednesday, beginning with The Richard Piet Show on WBCK starting at 5:30am.
