Woman Dead After Stabbing In Kalamazoo, Stepdaughter Arrested

A Kalamazoo County woman is dead after authorities say she was stabbed by her stepdaughter.

WZZM reports that the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety says that just after midnight early Tuesday, a 23-year-old woman was found with multiple stab wounds in the 1000 block of Interfaith Blvd. in Kalamazoo. The woman was taken to the hospital, and pronounced dead shortly after.

Police say that a suspect has been found, identified as the victim’s 20-year-old stepdaughter. Right now, the details surrounding this stabbing are unclear, but the KDPS asks that anyone with information contact them or Silent Observer immediately.
