Annual Water Study Reveals Battle Creek’s Water is Good!

The City of Battle Creek has released the results of the 2015 Water Quality Report in cooperation from the Environmental Protection Agency.

The City's aquifer, located in the Verona area, also supplies water to Emmett Township and the City of Springfield.

Battle Creek was found to have not made any violations for certain contaminants that are regulated by the EPA. There were also minimal amounts of copper and lead, which can be sourced to the natural corrosion of household plumbing.
