Arcadia's Suprise: Downtown Battle Creek is Part of Our Future

The recent announcement that Arcadia Brewing would close its downtown location on Michigan Avenue in Battle Creek may have touched some sensitive nerves, as some other (mostly) national chains announced closures here.

But, Arcadia President Tim Suprise tells 95.3 WBCK they are considering two different locations for a new establishment in downtown Battle Creek.

Acknowledging that Arcadia's prior relationship with Battle Creek Unlimited was tenuous, Surpise said the company is working well with the city's current downtown development team. He believes Battle Creek will remain an integral part of Arcadia's future.
