Battle Creek Break-In Busted
Battle Creek Police responded to a call, Monday night, in the 200 block of Taft Court for a report of a breaking and entering in progress. The caller provided a detailed description of the suspect.
As officers arrived on scene, a male matching the description was located leaving the back of the residence. The investigation revealed that the suspect had used a large rock to break a slider door and enter the residence.
A 22-year-old Battle Creek man was lodged at Calhoun County Jail on a charge of breaking and entering.
