Battle Creek Motorcyclist Injured After Vehicle Crash

A Battle Creek motorcyclist was seriously injured after a crash yesterday evening.

Around 6:30pm Tuesday, Battle Creek Police Officers responded to the intersection of Limit and Goodale on reports of a crash between a motorcycle and vehicle.

The 22-year-old cyclist was transported to a Kalamazoo hospital for treatment of serious injuries, while the occupants of the other vehicle were treated for minor injuries at the scene.

Initial investigation shows that speed was a factor in the crash.
