The Western Michigan Broncos continue to stack up wins in the Mid-American Conference and head back out on the road to take on the Bowling Green Falcons Saturday.

It's the first of two straight road trips in the MAC for the Broncos, who are coming off a 27-23 victory on Homecoming afternoon against the Eastern Michigan Eagles. If you missed any of the action from Western's homecoming October 6th, here are the highlights from the Broncos fourth straight win.

Western's win keeps them in the race for the MAC West title, trailing the Northern Illinois Huskies by just a half game for the top spot. Even though the remaining schedule are all conference games, they still have four games remaining with divisional teams. That also includes next week's rivalry contest with the Central Michigan Chippewas in Mt. Pleasant.

As the Broncos prep for Bowling Green, Broncos head coach Tim Lester is not taking the Falcons lightly. Check out his thoughts from their game against Eastern and a quick look at Bowling Green.

The Bowling Green Falcons enter the contest losing three straight and sit at 1-5 on the season (0-2 in the MAC East). In his third season, head coach Mike Jinks is looking to keep his squad motivated after 4-8 and 2-10 records in his previous two seasons. After putting up their second-best offensive output on the season last week, they still fell to the Toledo Rockets 52-36.

Jinks discusses his ideals of keeping his players motivated, and also says that the Broncos are still considered one of the best teams in MAC, two years removed from winning the conference.

The Broncos next home contest is Thursday, October 25th, when they host Toledo at 7pm. It is a nationally televised game, but several great seats are available. It is one of three remaining home games at Waldo Stadium this season.
