Two candidates in the 62nd State House Representative race sat down for an extended discussion on the 95.3 WBCK Morning Show with Tim Collins.  Check out the video for a great opportunity to get a read on these two.

Democrat Jim Haadsma and Republican Dave Morgan have a lot in common.  Both have lived in and served the Battle Creek community for many, many years.  Both have served at the most local levels of government.  Haadsma served on the Calhoun County Board of Commissioners.   Morgan is the current Pennfield Township Supervisor. Both have worked in the area of labor relations, Haadsma as an attorney in labor issues, and Morgan as a rep for the locomotive engineers union.  Both men agree that fixing Michigan roads is a priority.

But as you listen to them talk, you get an idea that they have very different personalities, and very different views on how government should work.

I invite you to spend a few minutes watching, to draw your own conclusions.   Both Haadsma and Morgan will appear again on the 95.3 WBCK Morning Show on Monday October 29th, at 8:08am.
