City of Battle Creek Says Phone System Is Now Working Again

UPDATE: The City says that around 9:30am Friday, their phone system was again receiving calls.

The City of Battle Creek says that their phone system isn't receiving incoming calls Friday morning.

Around 8:30am Friday, the city said that their IT Department is working to fix this problem as quickly as possible. Until that happens, they say, citizens are asked to contact staff members by email.
