In a press conference Monday, April 22nd, new information was released in the murders of 14-year-old Liberty German and 13-year-old Abigail Williams.

Local and federal law enforcement agencies are seeking the driver of a vehicle parked in front of the old CPS-DCS welfare building in the city of Delphi that was abandoned on the east side of County Road 300 North next to the Hoosier Heartland Highway between the hours of noon to 5 p.m. on February 14, 2017. If you parked there or know who was contact the Delphi Indiana Police.

Due to the investigation, the original sketch that was released is now considered secondary to the new sketch released during the press conference. Law enforcement now say that the new sketch is the suspect for the murders of Abby and Libby. Police believe the suspect in question is from Delphi currently, had previously resided in the community, visits regularly or works in Delphi. Indiana State Police believe the suspect is between the ages of 18 and 40 but may look younger than his actual age.

During the press conference the Indiana State Police Superintendent Douglas Carter spoke directly to the suspect stating...

We believe you are hiding in plain sight. I bet you never thought we would shift gears to a different investigative strategy, but we have. We likely have interviewed you, or someone close to you. We know this is about power to you." "What will the people closest to you think of you when they know you murdered two little girls. Two children. Only a coward would do such a thing.

Local, state and federal authorities have spent thousands of hours investigating tips and evidence in the case. Click Here to view information from the Indiana State Police on the case.

“We are just now beginning... we will not stop," Carter said.
