Detroit Residents Looking For A Breath of Fresh Air

Marathon has made gas headlines, for all the wrong reasons. Detroit residents, living near the Marathon refinery have filed a lawsuit over pollution. The suit alleges that the refinery’s fumes and noise is a perpetual nuisance harming their lives. The suit is looking for five million dollars in damages and a court order to cease the release of all contaminants into residential neighborhoods around the factory.
