Officers responded to East Columbia near Marjorie Street around 6pm on November 14th, where the 62-year-old man was struck while trying to cross the road.

Investigators say the car was travelling eastbound and fled the scene after the man was struck. The car is being described as a dark green Pontiac Grand Am from the late 90’s to early 2000’s.
