Governor Denies Emergency Declaration For Michigan Tornado Victims
According to a report from WNEM, Shiawassee County's request for a State Declaration of Emergency and disaster relief following destructive tornadoes last month has been denied by Governor Whitmer. Multiple tornadoes touched down in Shiawassee County on March 14th. Those tornadoes caused destruction to over 130 homes, busniesses, and properties in an 18 mile stretch.
