HS Basketball – Bearcats Win Home Finale Over Spartans

It was a pair of finales Tuesday night at the Battle Creek Central Fieldhouse. For the visiting Lakeview Spartans, it would end a struggling 2017-2018 campaign that would possibly give momentum heading into next week's District play in the Michigan High School Athletic Association. For the hosting Bearcats, they honored their two seniors and looked for their fourth win in the last five games.

Four of the five City teams were in action Tuesday with half of them ending their regular season schedules. The Bearcats and the St. Philip Tigers will be in action Thursday on the final night for Boys Basketball before the playoffs.
