HS Basketball – Beavers Fall in Home Opener (VIDEO)

The Harper Creek Beavers started the 2018-2019 campaign with three road games, and all ending in defeat. They looked to change their fortunes with their first home game of the season.

There was a lot more at stake for the Beavers as they hosted the Mounties of Jackson Northwest, a team that they have not lost to since the Interstate 8 began over four years ago. History was surely on their side. With a young team and a full week after their last to the Marshall Redhawks, Harper Creek had a shot at ending their opening three-game skid.
