HS Football – Overtime Determines Rivalry Winner in Kalamazoo (VIDEO)

The rivalry between the Battle Creek Central Bearcats and Kalamazoo Central Maroon Giants is still going strong, as the 115th installment of the "Oldest Rivalry West of the Alleghenies" provided exciting late game action and clutch plays all night long.

It was Homecoming Night at Thomas Stadium in Kalamazoo, and fans braved cold and wet conditions to see the two top teams in the Southwest Michigan Athletic Conference's East Division. As exciting as the two teams provided fans through four quarters, and extra period was needed to determine the winner and front runner in the division.
