HS Football – Playoff Run for Central Ends on the Road (VIDEO)

It was the first meeting between the Battle Creek Central Bearcats and Parma Western Panthers Friday night, with a District championship on the line in the Michigan High School Athletic Association playoffs.

For either one of the teams, history would all change. For Central, it would be their first District title since 2001. For Western, it would continue their finest season in school history after earning their first win in the postseason last week.

Like in our Game of the Night, a lot was at stake for two other Battle Creek schools in action Friday, while two others waited in the wings to continue their postseason quest. For a recap of all the action, check out the video below.
