There could be charges leveled against the driver of a truck that ran a stop sign and slammed into two vehicles on a rural road in Barry County last weekend, killing a five-year old boy.
The sheriff's office has identified the boy as Caleb Duley.
His mother and three-month old brother were injured in the crash early Saturday afternoon. They are both in a Grand Rapids hospital where the infant is reportedly in critical condition on life support.

The pickup driver and six other people in the two vehicles were not injured.
The crash remains under investigation.
