I’ve Got $125 Coming from Equifax- Here’s How To Get Your Refund

Over 147,000,000 people were affected by the Equifax data breach and are eligible to be compensated. Here's what you need to know to get your cash.

It may not sound like a lot, but $125 is $125. It will buy a nice night out to dinner, or a couple of concert tickets to see one of your favorite bands (fingers crossed here). The Federal Trade Commission has reached a settlement with Equifax that includes  up to $425 million to help as many as 147 million people affected by the data breach.

You'll have to provide your full name and the last 6 digits of your social security number, but it's easy. I walked though the steps and found out I was entitled to the compensation, even though I have no idea if I've ever done business with Equifax. It's worth a few clicks for some extra cash.
