Michigan Loses 2 Girl Scout Cookie Flavors This Spring
This is one of them most exciting times of the year in Michigan as most of us are excited that winter is coming to an end and are looking forward to better weather. The kids are starting to think about school being over and how they're going to spend their summer while many of us are planning our first beach trip.

Before summer can come along, we have to go through spring first which is actually my favorite season of the year. Yes, I'm biased because of my love for lacrosse but there's also the beauty of everything coming back to life, all of the rain, and of course the sunlight. There's one more thing I forgot about spring and its arguably one of the best parts.
Spring also means that girl scout cookies are returning, which is a holiday in my household. Many of us are used to running into a girl scout outside of the store and buying a few boxes or flagging down our favorite girl scout to support them specifically.
We have been eating Trefoils, Thin Mints, Caramel Delites (samoas), and more for years as we support the girl scouts and the events they participate in throughout the year. Girl scout cookies may be returning for another year, but a couple of flavors are seeing the end of their days.
Girl scouts of America will be discontinuing two of their cookie flavors at the end of April. They announced that both Smore's and Toast Yays will be retired at the end of the 2025 girl scouts cooking selling season in April. They did not name a reason for why the cookies would be discontinued.
They did share that the cookie lineup is consistently evaluated to make room for new innovations and the removal of the Smore's and Toast Yays could means something new and delicious could be hitting the shelves soon. If you're a fan of either of the above cookies go and stock up now before they're gone forever.
