Man With Device Strapped To Chest Was Reported in Downtown Kalamazoo
UPDATE - Noon: Officers are now giving the all-clear in downtown Kalamazoo, but some Public Safety officers will remain on site to investigate the area.
Original Story - Wednesday morning, the Kalamazoo Public Safety Department advised people to stay away from downtown Kalamazoo, specifically the Mall, as they searched for a man who allegedly had a device strapped to his chest.
Reports first came in at around 11 o'clock of a man in the Kalamazoo Mall with a device attached to him, across his chest.
