Eye Grabbers

One of the first things I really noticed about the property is how cool it would be to spend an extended weekend there during the summer, but also how hunkering down and staying in during the winter wouldn't be all bad either. The pool table and bar are a nice touch. The property is HUGE and the house sits at around 3,000 square feet. But if you want this bad boy it'll set you back $700,000.

That's not exactly in my price range but still, the house is beautiful to admire and check out. Maybe me and 28 friends can go in on it. At that number, it's only $25,000 a person. That's doable...
