A Kalamazoo woman is being sought by police for allegedly attempting to scam elderly people.

MLive reports Tuesday that the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office says that since August, they have received complaints from several senior living facilities that a woman has been calling their residents, claiming to be a representative from the bank’s fraud department. The woman, who authorities say is 22-year-old Deirbra Collier, will claim that she needs debit and credit card numbers for various reasons; sometimes, she says she needs to pick up the victim’s debit card, and claims she will return with a new one shortly.

She then allegedly goes and spends the victim’s money. Authorities say that Collier is already out on probation for crimes similar to these ones, and she’s currently being sought on felony warrants. It’s believed she might currently be in the state of Tennessee.

If you have any tips about her location, or if you think you’re being scammed, police ask you let them know.
