Kellogg Community College is celebrating 60 years in Battle Creek with a special Homecoming event set for Saturday, April 29, 2017. The event is open to the community from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the north campus, 450 North Avenue in Battle Creek.

The event will be staged just east of the college's soccer field and is free and family-friendly.

Kellogg Community College opened in 1956 and boasted a first graduating class of 18 members in 1958. Today, the college has enrollment of about 10,000 students and includes satellite campuses in Albion, Coldwater, Hastings and online.
