Lead Free And… Free??

A pediatrician in Flint wants free water for a decade. The Flint Journal reports that Dr. Mona Hanna-Attisha says residents should be off the hook for paying water bills for the next 10 years. During a meeting on Friday, Hanna-Attisha told the Flint Water Coordinating Committee that waiving the cost of water service could help build trust with Flint residents.
