At approximately 2:30 a.m. Friday, Marshall Police say they arrested a 20 year old male for O.W.I. after he was found driving a bulldozer in the alley near the 100 block of South Eagle Street in Marshall.

The 20 year old admitted to driving the bulldozer, owned by the excavating company working on a downtown water main project, after a friend bet him $100.00 that he would not drive the vehicle.

The suspect was lodged at the Calhoun County Jail and could be facing additional charges of Unauthorized Use of an Automobile and Unlawful Possession of a Motor Vehicle Master Key on top of the charges for Operating While Intoxicated.
