Michiganders – Those Aren’t Clouds, That’s Wildfire Smoke

It looked cloudy out this morning, didn't it? Surprise surprise: those weren't clouds.

AJ and I both noticed this driving into work this morning - seemed to be overcast around 6 AM. Fast-forward a couple of hours and it was still super hazy out,  even though the forecast indicated that the day would be "mostly sunny."

Like clockwork, we got a message from our favorite meteorologist over at NBC 25/FOX 66 Ahmad Baijey that it wasn't cloudy at all - what we're seeing is, in fact, from wildfires burning in Western Canada.

If you're like AJ and suffer from asthma, don't fret - air quality is listed by The Weather Channel as "good" throughout the mitt today.
