UPDATE:  Charles Hazard has been located.

 

Authorities are asking for the public's help locating an 84 year old man with dementia from Grand Junction, MI. last seen disoriented in Hastings, MI.

The Van Buren County Sheriff's Office said Charles Hazard was last seen around the Hastings area in Barry County around 4:20 a.m. on Saturday. Hazard was said to be admittedly lost in Hastings and trying to find his way back home in Grand Junction, according to the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office.

At the time he was last seen Hazard was driving a red Ford Fusion with Michigan plate ECQ 4591 and American flags on both front windows. Family and friends say that he most often frequents the South Haven area.

Hazard is described as being about six feet tall, weighing approximately 190 pounds, with balding grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, black baseball cap and glasses.

Charles "Chuck" Hazard is without needed medication.
