The National Weather Service forecast is calling for a few more inches of snow in Calhoun County on Thursday, even suggesting it would start Wednesday evening. So far, as of 4am, the snow hasn't amounted to more than scattered flurries in most areas. Even the 4am radar picture might suggest otherwise. Still, a chance for snow exists as the day goes on Thursday.

Winter Weather Advisories are posted for counties to the north and west of Calhoun.

Road conditions in Calhoun County early Thursday remained similar to those of Wednesday evening, with little or no new accumulation to complicate travel. But, some lanes still have snow cover on the main routes, with secondaries and back roads still slippery and snow covered.

Dennis Hodges will update the forecast Thursday morning on The Richard Piet Show, as well as all day on WBCK.
