The Battle Creek City Commission returns to chambers tonight following a scheduled workshop.

The agenda is relatively light, but the commission will look at resolutions to revise local ordinances for parking on the street, landscaping and fencing standards, and specifying the wording in their animal ordinance. The commission will also receive public comment and look to resolve a change in their election years, going to even years instead of odd years.

Tonight's workshop at 5:30pm will have commissioners discuss and receive public comment on licensing for facilities that would possibly sell medical marijuana in the City.

The regular commission meeting at City Hall begins at 7pm.
