Post Selling Boxes Of Cereal For $1.25 In Downtown Battle Creek Wednesday

A charity event is being held in downtown Battle Creek this week which will also allow area residents to purchase cereal at very low prices.

On Wednesday, November 6th, Post Consumer Brands will once again sell boxes of cereal super cheap to raise proceeds for the United Way of Battle Creek/Kalamazoo. 10,000 boxes will be available and will cost only $1.25 per box. The event is open to the public and takes place at Full Blast located at 35 W. Hamblin Ave. from noon to 4:00 pm, or until supplies run out.

A lot of people are wondering what varieties of their brands will be available, but that must be a surprise, because we haven't been told. But with 10,000 boxes available, it is safe to say, there will be plenty to choose from.

Post offers brands including Honey Comb, Alpha Bits, Golden Crisp, Fruity Pebbles, Post Raisin Bran, as well as bagged cereal under the Malt-o-Meal brand among others.
