Red Wings Top Scorer Out Prospect Zadina Up From Grand Rapids

The Red Wings will be without top scorer, Anthony Mantha for a few weeks.  Prospect, Filip Zadina is up from Grand Rapids for now. 

According to the Red Wings, Mantha was injured in their game against the Devils over the weekend.  He is set to be out for at least a couple weeks.   Prospect, Filip Zadina was called up for the last game against Carolina.

I was looking forward to seeing Mantha in action on Saturday night (November 30th). My wife and I are going  to Little Caesars Arena to see the Red Wings against the Capitals.   I at least will get to see Filip Zadina in action again.  I was lucky enough to see him play at the prospect tournament in Traverse City back in September.

I didn't see him score in the games I watched,but did see him make the players around him better and I am curious to see him more with the big club.

The team says they are going to take it day to day with Zadina.   Good luck to Filip and hope Mantha is back sooner than later.
