Six Arrested In Pennfield Drug Bust

Six people were arrested yesterday when Sheriff’s Deputies raided a suspected drug house in Pennfield.

The investigation started when Deputies stopped a suspicious looking individual and determined that they were looking for drugs.

A search warrant was then served at a house on Morgan Road.

Deputies say the search turned up a number of illegal drugs including cocaine and heroin.

The six suspects, all Battle Creek residents ranging in age from 17 to 65, were taken to the County Jail pending arraignment.
