A local Boy Scout Troop’s stolen trailer has now been recovered, but its contents are still missing.

WWMT reports that Galesburg Boy Scout Troop 265 said that the trailer was found at 42nd St. and V Ave. in Kalamazoo County, after being taken from the Scoutmaster’s yard on January 31.

However, the only things left behind in the trailer were a spare tire and a banner. Around $10,000 in camping supplies had been inside, including tents, sleeping bags and cookware.

Kalamazoo County authorities are now asking the public to be on the lookout at garage sales and flea markets, as all of the stolen items are marked “Troop 265”.
