Almost a year ago, police say a man was involved in an armed robbery and kidnapping at a Battle Creek ATM. Now, the man has been charged with multiple crimes.
The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety says that around 10pm Saturday, three armed men entered the business on E. Cork St, where one struck the clerk and demanded him to the floor, as a second suspect took cash from the register.
The incident happened around 11am Wednesday, where a delivery person was stopped at a gas station in the 6100 block of Stadium Dr. in Oshtemo Township. The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office says that a suspect approached the victim with a gun and demanded the cigarettes he was delivering.
The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office says that they were called around 10:45pm Tuesday to the business in the 300 block of North 20th St. Deputies determined that a man wearing a mask and gloves and armed with a gun entered the store and demanded cash from the clerk, before fleeing on foot with some stolen money.
The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office says that two men entered the store in the 800 block of W. Michigan Wednesday and pulled out guns to begin threatening the clerk. Reportedly, they assaulted the clerk and threatened to kill him if he did not provide all the cash in the store.
