Emmett Township Department of Public Safety investigators are asking for the public’s help in determining what started two fires last weekend. The EDPS says that the two fires are suspicious, and took place only two miles apart.

The Emmett Township Department of Public Safety says they were called Thursday to the Harper Village shopping area off Beckley Rd, where they found a 3-year-old child locked inside a vehicle by themselves. Officers did manage to break into the vehicle, and get the child out unharmed.
