The Michigan skies will soon light up to celebrate Independence Day.

Those in the Southwest Michigan area are going to get a chance to enjoy this ambiance as the Mac and Cheese Festival Returns to Kalamazoo.

The team is particularly grateful to a community partner and title sponsor, Family Health Center, who helped bring the vision of the Juneteenth 5K to life!

The grand opening will take place at 6800 S Westnedge Ave Suite 6, Portage, MI, United States, Michigan starting at 1pm and ending at 4pm.

The parking lot of Wild Bull will have several food trucks setting up shop and looking for hungry customers.

Tickets sales will begin on Friday, May 10th and general admission tickets are $50, while the Gold Pit (right in front of the stage) tickets will be $65.

Carter won the Kalamazoo County Regional Spelling Bee to earn himself a spot in the Scripps National Spelling Bee to try and win the big crown.

There are also people out there that only like the Super Bowl because of the parties that are loaded with food and drinks. Every party is different but in Michigan these are must haves for the Super Bowl Spread.

They also won that playoff game and now have themselves even closer to a super bowl, although this is unprecedented for some fans, this is nothing new for the Lions. They are just entering another one of their dynasty decades.

Back then, they were playing in the Pontiac Superdome before having Ford Field built for them in Downtown Detroit in the year of 1999 and opened for the first game in August of 2002. In 2016 they made the playoffs but were on the road, this time, the Detroit Lions will be playing postseason football in front of its fans.
