Small town grocery store chain Village Market recently had their liquor license suspended for the 2nd time in 2 months at their Allegan, Michigan store.
Starting January 1st, those who commit crimes such as Aggravated Battery, Aggravated DUI, Aggravated Fleeing, Burglary, Arson, Drug-Induced Homicide, Intimidation, Kidnapping, Robbery, 2nd-Degree Murder, and Threatening a public officer could be back amongst the public without posting bail.
Despite an ordinance that decriminalized public urination and defecation in Kalamazoo, the State of Michigan, could soon overturn that ordinance with a proposed House Bill.
