Michigan Court of Claims Judge Cynthia Stephens is ruling the Republican-controlled Michigan State Legislature may intervene in a case she ruled on last month.

The Plaintiffs contend the Governor's unilateral COVID-19 virus emergency declaration extension and subsequent lockdown and restriction Orders run contrary to Michigan Law.
