Teen’s Senior Pictures Honor Father Killed in Afghanistan [VIDEO]
Get your tissues ready, this is the most moving and heartbreaking story I've heard in a while.
Nebraska high school senior Julia Yllescas wanted to honor her father who was killed in 2008 while fighting in Afghanistan. So she thought of a way to incorporate him into her photos to make her feel like he was there with her. She had a photographer insert her father with a ghostly image as if he was there right next to her.
She said after she saw the photos, she felt he was truly there with her.
You have to admit when you see the photos in the video below, they're extremely chilling.
According to ABC12, her father was injured by an IED and flown to the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md., where he died a month later.
