THE RETURN OF THE CASTAWAYS

You’d have thought they had a better G.P.S. these days. 

Friends and neighbors, the evidence is clear.  By a preponderance of the evidence, we find  that we have a creativity crisis in this world.  We are plum OUT of new ideas!  I should like to present Exhibit “A.”

Good Lord,  they're making a big screen version of Gilligan's Island. 

Two of original producer Sherwood Schwartz' children will be the producers.  The Book of Mormon actor Josh Gad is set to star, possibly as Gilligan.

But, let’s make the best of it, shall we?  The fun thing to do here now, is recast the TV show with some of today's biggest stars.   You've got Mrs. Howell, crazy make-up, wild clothes and her trademark funny voice. Obviously we're going with Johnny Depp.  Digging my groove?

But, that’s just my first stab at casting.  Hey, kids!  I have an idea.  Why don’t YOU help your friend Roy cast the movie?  Just leave your comments on our website, wbckfm.com.  Perhaps we’ll share your ideas on an upcoming Morning Show.  And then you, yes YOU will be the envy of your friends and neighbors, having basked in approbation of our corporate warmth.
