Traffic Stop Leads To Meth Lab

Police in Battle Creek say they found a meth lab during a traffic stop last night.

Officers stopped a car on Taylor at around 7 p.m. and arrested one of the occupants for a parole violation.

A search of a second person in the car turned up what police describe as an active meth lab.

Both suspects were taken to the County Jail while lab workers cleaned up the site and removed the hazardous material.
