Trump Appoints Son-in-Law as Senior Adviser
President-elect Donald Trump’s has appointed his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, as an unpaid senior White House adviser. In this position he will be part of his leadership trio in charge of carrying out his agenda.
Jared Kushner, who many say played a central role in President-Elect Donald Trump’s campaign, will work with Trump's White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus and chief strategist Stephen Bannon, according to an announcement from the president-elect’s transition team. President-Elect Donald Trump released a statement in which he called Jared Kushner a “tremendous asset and trusted adviser.”
